We’re based at 1835 County Rd 130, Pearland, TX 77581. It’s the only location customers can visit, and we dispatch camera trailers and camera systems from there to sites across Texas.
Do you work with homeowners?
No. GuardVision works with commercial and business customers only.
Do you sell, rent or install security cameras outside Texas?
No. Our camera trailers and camera systems are sold, rented, installed and serviced in Texas only. Remote video monitoring is available anywhere in the US.
Which camera systems can you monitor?
We monitor LTS, GeoVision and UniFi camera systems, including systems GuardVision didn’t install. If your cameras are another brand, we’ll recommend switching to a supported platform.
Can I buy or rent your equipment?
Yes. Every model is available to buy or rent in Texas.
Do you guarantee police response?
No. When an incident meets the escalation criteria, our monitoring team contacts law enforcement and documents the incident. Response times depend on local agencies.
